Sahadi Importing dates back to 1895, when the Sahadi family immigrated from Lebanon to Manhattan. In 1948, their shop moved to Brooklyn, where the original storefront continues to sell gourmet imported foods. In 2019, the store opened a second location and restaurant in Brooklyn's Industry City.
